Arab & Termite Pest Control

Lady who answers the phone will run this place into the ground. Called to get price quotes on bug inspection and treatment on a house I am in process of acquiring. Informed her I wouldn’t be ordering the services but the current homeowner probably would. She claims I made the service request for a house that wasn’t mine and sent the techs there. When the owners answered the door and turned them away she calls me SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS telling me my company is banned from using their services… Yet the tech she sent said that the home owner requested the service, not me nor anybody affiliated with my company. She will ruin this company. She about had a stroke screaming at me on the phone for HER MISTAKES.

The people that work for this company are fantastic!! When we moved into this house, the cellar walls were covered with camel-backed crickets. Since they have been coming quarterly to spray I have not seen a single one. They have also sent someone out to get a rat out from under the house and to take care of an ant invasion that was between scheduled visits. One of the guys even told me how to take care of some birds that were trying to get into the attic and when I mentioned that I had insects in my water meter well, he treated that on his way out the gate. I definitely recommend this company. They have been very good about working around my schedule and are very professional.

They are friendly. They always let you know that they are here. That they are going to be outside monitoring those stations. I have no complaints for them. They do what they are supposed to do as per contract.

The company made an appointment to provide service and failed to keep it. The company also failed to tell me they wouldn't keep it. When I called to ask why they had not arrived for the appointment, they said the technician was out sick all day. They did not call either of the two telephone numbers they had for me to let me know the appointment would not be kept.

ARAB pest was one of 4 companies we interviewed to establish a termite contract on our 100+ year old home. It had minor termite damage from many years ago so we didn't want to go without some protection. ARAB did not use pushy pressured sales techniques like several other companies and offered a monitoring system that didn't involve any destructive methods like drilling into the foundation or require spraying poisons- which was a big concern for me at the time since we were trying to get pregnant. Instead, ARAB comes around to monitor baiting stations every several months and until last month I thought it was probably just for show. Then in August, they sent a letter saying one of the stations on the east side of our home had a hit for termite activity. When I called them out to ask them to do an interior inspection just in case they had moved inside, the person from ARAB walked me out to where the termites were eating the special bait they would take back to their nests and would keep them from molting their skin. He even showed me the active termites feeding. Anyway, the 200$ a year for monitoring is well worth it.
