 + -1 moreA service person came out the same day after calling them in the morning. Prior to the service person's arrival the company sent an email informing who the person would be, his picture, and a little about him. He called when he was on his way and arrived about 45 minutes ahead of the initially scheduled window of 2:00 pm-4:00 pm. He gave me a quote before starting work. He gott the drain going after a little difficulty. The bill was prepared, credit card payment processed, and receipt sent via email. No actual paper.
Description of Work: I had them clean the drain line from our washing machine.

 + -1 moreIt went great- he cleaned up around the area and even check out my sump pump to make sure it was in working order.
Description of Work: I was referred to Don Elgin from a friend. My water heater had rusted out and was leaking on the basement floor. He installed a new water heater and removed the old one. He was very professional and said if I had any problems not to hestiate to contact him. I highly recommend him.
