+ -1 moreI spoke with an attorney that said: same family, same business, same equipment, same telephone number, I have a breach of contract claim. However the hassle and cost are hardly worth it. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Although it is cheaper than other options, it is a waste of money.
Description of Work: The bathtub refinishing completed by All Surface LLC was under a 5 year warranty. Before 4 years were up the tub surface began chipping off. I made repeated calls for over 4 months. They finally scheduled an appointment where they never showed up. On the telephone they said they would not honor the warranty and an average "repair" would cost $125.00, which I agreed to pay. The owner's son who worked for him took over the business with his brother-in-law, and changed the company name. He claimed they have no liability since they got a new tax number.

+ -1 moreVery dependable and professional. I had 3 estimates from handymen of approx $1500 to replace one shower/tub unit and Monty at AllSuface was able to resurface all 3 bathrooms for the same price. The work is exceptional. They all look like they were just purchased and installed.
Description of Work: Resurfaced 2 tub and shower units, one jacuzzi tub and one shower stall.

+ -1 moreThe tub looks much better. It is still somewhat difficult to clean, however it is much better than prior to the resurfacing. To glance at the tub, it doesn't look resurfaced, but when you look closely you can tell.
