Estimate was very detailed, and in writing. Cost was on par with other bids I received, and communication was very good. They scheduled our house to be done by the end of June and came in two weeks sooner. They arrived on time both days, explained what they were doing and kept to their word. The finished job was excellent! They also did a very good job of cleaning up after the job was finished. I would highly recommend!

We had to wait a couple of months to actually get the work done because they were so busy, but once they began they were quick, professional and we were very pleased with them.

Responded to my request quickly. Fixed the shingles while I was at work and did a good job. The only part I didn't particularly care for is that he waited for me to come home so that I could pay. That was not all bad though, as I was able to discuss with him the work that he did. I actually called him back this year to do more work for me and he stated that he was too busy and referred me to someone else. I kind of felt put out by that, but I'm sure he was being honest.

Very positive experience. Our existing roof had been losing shingles for about a year. The house needed more attic ventilation than was previously installed and this was causing quicker wearing of the shingles. In a recent heavy storm we lost several shingles which resulted in a leak. It was difficult to get roofing companies out due to the storm, with A Citizens Home Improvement being one of the few. We decided to do a complete replacement which would include installation of more vents. We also wanted the shingles to match the roof of a new garage we had recently added to the property. A Citizens gave a very competitive offer for this work with the only stipulation being that they could only give a 2 1/2 month range for when the work was completed (depending on weather). But they offered to send a person out the next day who would patch the roof from all the missing shingles so that no water damage would occur. This patching worked fantastic, it stopped the leak and we lost no additional shingles despite continuing storms. And they didn't require any up-front money, just the payment after inspection of the work after the roof was replaced. 2 months later they notified us with a date and time of when they would be here for the repair. They showed up exactly on time. They were very professional and had a foreman who obviously was experienced and kept the working moving. Within 5 hours the entire job was done. The materials they used were obviously the top of the line. And they successfully matched the roofing of our garage. They also did a complete cleanup afterwards. This included using magnets to pick up stray nails. Afterwards we found only one nail in the yard, 1 plastic bag in a tree, and a couple stray pieces of plastic. Not bad for a job of this size. Later that afternoon they came by so we could do a walk around, have questions answered, and any issues resolved prior to their receiving payment. The only issue we found was that the gutter brushes we had installed were sticking up in a couple spots. I think they had to remove them to make sure all roofing material was cleaned up. Not a big deal. All in all, this was a very positive experience and I have already recommended them to a friend for another job.
