Overall...this 'job' turned out to be an excellent experience and an outstanding investment. Due to Josh's workmanship, my initial investment in this vacation property has already greatly increased its value!
Description of Work: Josh was contracted to do a complete condo renovation at Eagle Pointe Resort. The condo is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo and has a deck on each of the 3 levels. The job was started with Josh having to completely 'gut' the entire residence. The first thing that was done was the removal of all windows (11-12) and exterior doors (4). All windows and doors were replaced with top of the line insulated windows and doors. He then replaced all flooring, which was carpeted, with high quality laminate flooring on all three levels. I also had Josh remove and replace all closet/interior doors, wood trim and baseboards. Additionally, I had Josh completely "redo" the main floor fireplace. The fireplace job included replacing all the tile work and rebuilding a new mantle. Then above the fireplace, he rewired the electrical and satellite cable and hung a 60" HDTV. He also painted every room with a top of the line paint that really put the finishing touch on the interior. Lastly, with respect to the exterior, Josh had to remove 3 decks which were in terrible condition! Needless to say, all 3 decks look great and are extremely well constructed!

Slow to respond after estimate, took a while to do the work (worked 9-3 most days), front porch wood cracked within days of installation, has been over a month and he has not returned to fix it. Did not complete the work to install back door and has not returned to repair this either.
Description of Work: Replaced front proch, back door, small repairs in the house (patched a wall, recaulked bathroom), installed fascia around home.
