Description of Work: I had used Hamric's previously and was happy with their service. I appreciate that they are a local family run business and wanted to support that. However, when I called in summer 2013 to contract for landscaping work on 2 properties they were not responsive despite many calls, messages, etc. They promised to review the proposed work, do an estimate and send it to me but I never heard from them. They did not make it easy to do business with them although I was motivated to use their company. I subsequently used another landscaper (Top Notch Landscaping found on Angie's List) and was very satisfied with their service.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job at a reasonable price. For the amount of work this job required, I was happy to pay to have it done. I like that it is a family owned/run business and I plan to use their services again. The only concern is that a few weeks passed between the day of the estimate and having the job scheduled. I had to call them to remind them about the estimate but otherwise their customer service was good.
Description of Work: They removed a large pampas grass plant from my front yard which blocked the view of the front door. It required digging a deep hole to extract the entire plant and roots. They filled the hole and cleaned up around the walkway after the job was done. I don't recall the exact date but it was summer 2011.
