+ -1 moreTheir service was absolutely horrible. We would go week to week not knowing if they would even bother to pick it up. I paid the bill three different times& they claim they didn't get it tried to make me pay an insufficient funds fee when I had proof that the bill has been paid. Their call back response time is absolutely horrible. They came and took the trash can without any notice. I would not recommend this company to absolutely anyone if you're looking for a consistent trash pickup.

Description of Work: Refused to pick up extra bags of garbage. You're a GARBAGE REMOVAL COMPANY for crying out loud! They picked up the extra bags at first but then stopped. When called about it I was told they will *sometimes* take the bags. Ok... What does that mean? You'll *sometimes* decide not to do your job? That's crazytalk! Again, you're a TRASH REMOVAL SERVICE!!!! Hello?!!! So we canceled our service and did not receive our refund promptly. We were told it was mailed but we never received it. So we waited a while and called back. We were told the same thing again. When we finally had another check mailed, I had to speak to the owner to get it done bc the woman who answers the phone was unhelpful to put it mildly. I don't recommend this place at. All.
