The technician came out and installed the sentron termite traps. He did not seat all into the ground i had to go back and press them into the ground. 2 techs came out to inspect, walked around the house and did not remove the bait. I had to call to get a real inspection. The offices sent me a bill for the first non inspection and then billed again when cpnducted a real inspection. In short they billed 2 times for one job. Careful.

I CALLED AND WAS HELPED RIGHT AWAY AND SOMEONE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND EVALUATED THE SITAUTION AND RECOMMENDED THE TREATMENT. IT WAS VERY FAST AND PROFESSIONAL BUT THAT GUY(BRIAN I THINK) CALLED AGAIN LATER TO LET ME KNOW THAT IF WE FOUND OTHER TRUCKS HAD POSSIBLY BEEN INFECTED HE WOULD COME OUT QUICKLY TO INSPECT FOR US. THIS WAS NOT EVEN NECESSARY JUST ANOTHER REASON WE WERE GLAD WE WENT WITH YES HE DID A VERY THOUROUGH JOB AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WILL DEEFNITELY RECOMMEND FOR ANY PEST ISSUE IN THE FUTURE

They use the heat source to do that. They literally damage my house, They destroyed my kitchen cabinet , brand new flooring and doors. When contacted they told me that everything will be taken care of, but the insurance company said it will not be covered.

The service was very prompt very professional and exceeded my expectations!

Talked to Tony and he inspected the house and gave several recommendations. One was spaying and another was heat treatment. Heat treatment was expensive but was the only warranted way of killing bugs without lots of chemicals. Heated the house to 140 degrees and killed all bugs. Had to move all the furniture out from walls and prewash clothes. Came in and took 6 hours to heat the house and then renters need to stay out for awhile. Nice people did good job

They did a good job. They usually just come, and you can select how many times you'd want them to come out. I've been satisfied so far.

It was fine. I don't have any complaints. I don't receive a phone call prior to their arrival, and they treat on a quarterly basis.

It seems to have worked. The tech was only at the home for 10-15 minutes. They put us on a program to come back on a quarterly basis to check, but we'll probably hold off until the ants actually do come back. They also call before they come out but their time window was the entire day.

It turned out well. They are reasonably priced, extremely reliable, and get the job done.

They usually remind us each year that it's time for a termite inspection, which takes about 20 minutes to do.

They call to tell us when they're coming, but sometimes they come out a day or two late, and I have to be home for them to treat inside. They're really nice but I would like to see more timely service. I've been missed 2 months this year because of the timing. This didn't occur until their company was bought out. I also like that I can pay on the internet.

They came out initially and will be coming out once a month for a year (except for 3 mos when they skip treatments due to the moles going underground). They were real honest and explained everything. So far I'm happy.

I have no pests. Scheduling was very good. They worked with me on finding a convenient day.

We were very satisfied with them and we'll use them in the future. Their company was the best fit for us out of all the companies we spoke to. We have an RV in the backyard and they treated the RV for the same pest control reason and didn't charge us for it, which we appreciated. They went out of their way to help us.

I've had a horrible problem with stink bugs!! Salesman came day after I called. I signed up for 4 treatments a year @ $75/ea with $30 discount for advance payment. Technician, Jennifer, was very pleasant, professional, informative and thorough. Said it might take 2 weeks for infestation to clear but if there are any problems in the 90 days between spraying, they will take care of them.

Great company to deal with.They spray quarterly now.I do not see any bugs in or up close to the house.It's great!

I didn't have active termites, but there was evidence of past termites. I got four quotes, and they were the best priced. A salesman visited at my request and provided a quote and information. Later, when I called him with more detailed questions about the treatment, he had the actual service person call me to answer my questions as they were the one who knew the details. All this initially started when I was overrun with mice. When I had another contractor come to visit, they discovered evidence that termites had been at work but were not presently there. That's when I started getting quotes. YES not only had the best price, but they threw in 90 days worth of mouse control (poison bates) for free with the termite service. The service person was very nice and seemed proficient, and is coming back in a month just to check on things and rebait the mice bins if necessary.

And when we discovered a few bugs later, they backed that guarantee immediately and without hassle. We had them spray again in 9/2012 to prevent insects from entering again in the fall. We are now bug free. We've had no reaction to their chemicals and it was not necessary to leave the house at all. I highly commend Brian, our technician. He is meticulous in his application and gives optimal customer service in every aspect. I also like the fact that they are family owned, been in operation since 1984, yet are large enough to serve numerous areas in Indiana. Previously Arab Pest of Michiana, they seem to be concerned with using the most up-to-date methods to solve the problem while recognizing their children will inherit the environment.
