Our driveway was heaving, and getting worse after each winter for the first 5 years we liven in this new home. When we contacted the contractor to provide assistance to correct the problem, it took them many months to even propose a solution. They subcontracted to another firm to 'float' the driveway slabs back into place. This "correction" had a 3 year warranty, but after three years, the concrete heaving has returned. This is only one of the problems we have faced with the Willie's product. Other problems include the roof, the drywall, the appliances, and drainage in the yard. Although Willie's made an effort to correct most of our problems, the corrections were less than satisfactory as the problems returned, and we were forced to wait until the correction fit within their schedule. They didn't seem to care about their customer as long as they got their remittance from the sale of the home.
