The guy is a joke. He comes in a ramshackle van burning oil. He comes and he is not interested in what I want. I painted my house in Chicago. I painted my house here before this. I'm in my 60s, I can't do it anymore because I have a bad back. I painted my cottage in Michigan. I know about painting. I want him to stain my house and he says, "Oh you can't stain this." He spent an hour telling me what you can and can't do and I'm telling what I know I want to do. I go, "Well, okay. I'll you what. Why don't you give me a bid? Itemize it out, what you're going to do and how much you're going to charge, sign it, a hard copy and give it to me." He says, "Okay, alright I'll do that" I never got a bid from the guy. Even if he had given it to me I wouldn't accept because the guy was a joke.

He was very thorough--house and sidewalks and patio never looked so good. He got rid of all the moss growing in the egress windows and patio. He painted everything with 2 coats of paint. He was very neat--we never saw a drop of paint on the ground or anywhere. He saw things that needed attention and explained what to do. He powerwashed on Tuesday and painted on Thursday. He wanted a day in between for it to dry thoroughly. We provided the paint.

Tony is a perfectionist. His work is very neat and tidy.
