We were very pleased with the installation of our new furnace, air conditioner and water heater by Shreiner and Sons. They were extremely careful of our wood floors and cleaned everything up upon completion. The previous plumbing above the water heater and water softner was a mess. They removed all of it and now it looks great. I highly recommend this company!

The repairman was there exactly at the time he said he would be. He was cheerful and polite and I was comfortable having him in my home when I was otherwise there by myself. He was knowledgeable -- he gave us advice on what service would be advisable in the near future and what maintenance we should be able to handle ourselves. He didn't try to talk us into additional service that we didn't need right then. He was appropriately dressed and brought a well-equipped tool box. The bill, which he sent a week or two later because he didn't have the invoice forms with him, did seem excessive for about 20 minutes of labor and a five minute commute -- no parts or materials. Overall, I was very pleased. This was the third time we've called them for repair work, but the first time for heating repair. We have been happy with their work each time.

First service date set, technician was over an hour late and then could not figure out how to install the thermostat. Second technician was timely and friendly and did the job well. However, there was a $59 truck/trip charge to travel approx. 5 to 6 miles (the distance from Shreiner and Sons to my home). I have never been charged a trip fee by a heating/AC company and found the fee to be extremely outrageous for the small amount of mileage driven. In total, we paid $239.25 for an $89.95 thermostat.

The gentleman was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. He only replaced what was absolutely necessary and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't really need.

Furnace blower wasn't working. Called Shreiner and they were able to send someone out next day. Service person looked at it, gave me estimate to repair, which was more than I wanted to spend on a 22 yr old furnace for last few weeks of cold season. Serviceman was helpful and was able to get it running, so charged me for visit but no real "repair" was done. It ran for less than 36 hours before dying (he had informed me it may not last). He gave me good info on age of unit, helped with weighing out repair vs. replacement, and was professional and courteous.

Shreiner and Sons Inc. We've always used Shreiner's. They take care of what they work on. We never had them come back because something they did was incorrect. We use them for our heating system and our water. We've just always used them. I've always been very pleased with them. They recognize our name when we call. They're very personable.

It was okay. They were honest.

They are very good, very responsive, meet their dead lines and commitments, very knowledgeable about their work and are really good about explaining things to you or talking to you about any problems you might have, very friendly, professional and a good working company.

Start to finish, it was excellent. As near as I could tell, the price was in the ballpark. I may have even gotten it a little cheaper because I have been in the business of getting five new furnaces within the past couple of years. I think they have done really good with me. They're right on the ball, they were even ahead of schedule.

I had another heating/cooling contractor out a year ago. He left, telling me he had to check with the manufacturer. I never heard from him again. (At least he never billed me for the call) I saved several hundred dollars by using the discount contractor orginally. However, this proves again that you usually get what you pay for. I am very pleased with this company and they will be my choice for any other service.

They diagnosed the problem. I had a bad sensor in my furnace and they pointed out what it was. I went and bought the part and replaced it myself. The experience was good. They responded fairly quickly. They were out here within a day of my phone call. The quality was good. I would use them in the future if I needed them.

They're prompt with requests. They appear to do only the neccesary work and charge a fair price.
