Jason was very prompt in following up on my initial request and arrived in the time frame he gave to me. He is professional and ethical in that he didn't try to up-sell or take short cuts, he explained and provided exactly what was needed. His workmanship and knowledge of the spring and bracket replacement is excellent and it would be nice to see his character in other areas of repair: plumbing, heating, etc. I plan to keep his name in my file for future overhead door services as well as if he recommends anyone for other services in the future, as I trust his advice.

They are very friendly and efficient he was the first to call when I posted in Home Adviser and came out within the hour. My door is 18' instead of the normal 16' door so parts had to be ordered, they came overnight and I was back to normal by 3:00 pm the next day. I would recommend them in heart beat.

Jason came out at 8:15 on a Friday night Feb 8, 2019. I live in Mishawaka. He didn't even hesitate and drove from Elkhart to help me with my garage door. He was quick, friendly, nice, he eased my mind. What a great guy

Very professional and prompt service

We are very satisfied with the service provided by this company. The only complain is that we assumed the installment included everything. However at the end of the job, we were told we had to find an electrician to do the re-wiring. I had to go to the store to buy extension cords for the doors to work properly. I would suggest that the customer receives the complete information required.

Very happy with the service, called immediately, came early and replaced the garage door springs, adjusted the opener and replace cables with a huge savings compared to other door companies. I would recommend this company!!!!
