Description of Work: The power connection inside my laptop computer had detached; I couldn't count on getting power to the computer when I plugged in the power supply. O's reattached it, soldered it and had it back to me in about an hour. He explained the problem clearly and drew a diagram to show the specific details. I was very happy with their service. |One minor exception: I received no claim receipt for reclaiming the computer when I returned. As I had never gone to O's before and did not know them, I felt a little anxious about that. In the end, no problem, but that minor concern could have been handled more professionally.

+ -1 moreThis time like always they are the best price for the work preformed. They can't be beat for speed and ability to fix the problem. I have used them for the past 5 years for all my PC needs.
Description of Work: I own two Jimmy Johns Sub shops and the do all my computer work. From system upgrades, new software, to security. They are always helpful and smiling to discuss issues and solutions. For parts and upgrades they are the best.

+ -1 moreI have used O's several times for computer services. They have always been up front with me. Recently, I scheduled repairs on a laptop that had a faulty power pin in it. They called to say that they had fixed it temporarily but that a complete fix (mother board replacement) would cost more than the computer was worth. They explained how to save my data quickly while the temporary fix still worked so I wouldn't have to pay to retrieve my data when the computer stopped working for good. They could have easily charged me for a full repair but helped me with some information that saved me a lot of time and money. They finish repairs quickly and always very personable.
Description of Work: I have had several computers that have been serviced by O's. Broken keys, system wiping, faulty power pin, hardware issues and windows reinstall.

Description of Work: Aside from being very knowledgeable in their field, you will find them very helpful, professional, and customer friendly. For me, it was a pleasure dealing with this company, and I can guarantee you if I ever need computer help again, I know I'll be coming to this company. In addition, they have a great little Asian market directly behind them!
