The service man, Joe, was polite and professional. He was prompt and efficiently and effectively repaired the issue with my stove not heating up.

He had to take it back to the shop. Unable to repair on site. Samsung is paying for the service as it was brand new. Not finished with the repair. May need to replace. Need to be updated on status as Samsung has a say as well.

After initial diagnostic visit; had to come back another day to repair. A local handyman probably would have done this in one trip for about $120-$150.

Very well. Mr. Appliance had the igniter we needed on his truck and the oven is working well. The stove was too old to replace its igniter so we'll be lighting with a flame, but that's OK. He was also kind enough to determine that our dryer was run by gas as well so we will know what to replace when necessary. All-around professional.

Went smooth, made appointment online on their website. Took two visits to complete the repair, because the part needed to be ordered. Main pulley was bad and needed replacement. Paid $275 which I thought was fair for two trips, labor, and parts (but I don't have anything to compare it with). Great communication, on-time, punctual. My tech was Jim. Thanks Van

Excellent in all aspects. Dryer was no longer heating. Repair person provided updates regarding arrival time, diagnosed the problem quickly and made all repairs in a timely manner.

Parts were unavailable during time of initial visit. However, a return visit was prescheduled for same week.

Mr. Appliance was assigned to me by my home coverage with NIPSCO. They called me the next morning to schedule and I asked them if they could work directly with my realtor on my behalf. They had no problem doing so and everything went smoothly.

It was good. The price was a little expensive. They fixed it. The guy was friendly and nice. They were way too expensive. It's a $60 part and they charged us $210 to hook a couple of wires together and stick it in our oven. It's a simple job.

The alert panel on my refrigerator indicated an error code, and I was able to identify the problem using the Samsung website. I telephoned Mr. Appliance (have used them in the past) and a knowledgeable repair person came the next day and fixed the problem. I was very satisfied with the service.

Chris diagnosed the problem and made a follow-up service call to implement the repair. When he discovered that the filters on the hot and cold water hoses needed to be replaced, he consulted with us and returned to his shop to get them instead of replacing the hoses. He also replaced the belt. This young man called to give us a heads-up on his estimated arrival tme. He was friendly,pleasamt. knowlegable and totally professional. I highly recommend this service and this technician. The final cost was the same as the estimate, even though Chris had to make an additional trip back to the shop.

Refrigerator needs repair. Made appointment on June 10th for refrigerator leak, filling up refrigerator drawers with water, also ice maker is not working. They were to come between 4-6 on June 12th. I received call at 2:00pm that a job prior was taking longer than he thought, he would be out past 6:00pm. I told them that would be fine, we would wait. Then I was asked if they could come sooner, I said that would be fine, they were going to call me back to verify, but they didn't call. We then waited, thought since we didn't hear from them they would still be there after 6:00pm. Finally received a call at 5:45pm, asking questions about what was wrong with the refrigerator, told him what they were, he said he could be there at 6:30pm. We emptied the refrigerator, shelves, food, everything. We received a call at 6:20pm telling us he couldn't come at all, his wife wasn't answering her cell phone, he needed to go home. Needless to say our refrigerator still isn't fixed, and he said he would call back to reschedule, but we haven't heard from him yet. I will not be calling him back to reschedule, and if he calls us I will not answer his phone.
