Repairman arrived same day but needed more parts, so returned next day and completed the repair. Fast, friendly service.

Perfect. I called in the afternoon and spoke to Doug, the owner. He came out the next day and replaced the spring for about $20 less than he quoted. I also called him after the service with a question about my other garage door and he walked me through how to fix it over the phone. Would certainly recommend.

As I recall, they fixed the garage door within 24 hours after I called them.

I called around noon asking for a Guesstimate price, along with a potential time frame of when could it be done. I had a broken torsion spring on one side only; Door would not open, one car in, one car out. Was provided an estimate (not firm, but thought to be close) along with a 'possibly this afternoon' otherwise tomorrow for sure. Service guy arrived just after 3:00 PM on the same day I had called. I'd say work took less than 30 minutes; Tested door opening and closing; paid the bill within $10 of the estimated price. I had both springs replaced, as labor is the same either way - and if one is broken, the other won't be far behind. Two springs, labor, service call - All under $200 for same day service!

Lechlitner was easy to contact, friendly, and quick. I called on a Monday afternoon about my non-working garage door and by the end of the week, they had assessed the problem, ordered a new opener, and installed it. They made everything very convenient and were extremely easy to work with.

They were good. They did what needed to be done when it needed to be done. I've used them before. Their price was reasonable. They're prompt.

I had a broken garage door and they came out really fast. It works perfectly, and they cleaned up when they were done.

The guys arrived in the morning and worked all day to get the 2 doors and automatic openers installed. I had already purchased the doors and openers. They had to work around other ongoing construction at the garage addition and cleaned up after themselves. The doors are still working!!

I should not have to call 2 months later to see if my product has arrived. The receptionist was not going to tell me how much I would need to pay either. When I asked her she said she didn't know that. I had to insist she find out so I could be prepared for how much to pay the technician. She put me on hold and found out a ballpark of the cost. The technician came and installed the springs and did a good job. They billed us for the services.

They had to put a part in. They have a very good reputation. They just did a good job. They were very friendly. They called right back and came out right away. Their price was good. I don't know about their price because we haven't done anything like that a lot. The quality was excellent. They were on time.

My garage door spring broke in the evening after service hours. Without the spring the double door was too heavy for me to lift on my own. Luckily the car was outside the garage, so I drove to work in the morning and promptly made calls to local garage door servicers. I called in the morning and the Lechlitner serviceman said he would call me back to firm up a time when he got his service calls mapped out. He called back within the 1/2 hour and said he be there very soon. I left work and met him at my house. Upon inspection he discovered he didn't have the spring with him, but had one at the shop. He left and returned promptly with the new spring and he had it installed not long after that. The entire service call was a bit over an hour. I remember how long it took because I prepared an apple crisp from start to finish and it takes 45 minutes in the oven. I paid him and returned to my work office. it was nice to return home at the end of the day to a working electrical garage door opener and apple crisp for dessert that night.
