 + -1 moreIt took several weeks longer than promised, but that was due to Toro delaying the shipment of a replacement carburetor. I was a little surprised when I got a call telling me that the snow blower was ready to be picked up, even though I had picked it up two weeks prior to that call. Made me wonder how well they communicate internally and keep track of inventory.
Description of Work: Warranty repair of Toro single stage snow blower.

 + -1 moreThey charged $6.00 for "shop supplies," $10.00 for "Gas Oil & Lube" and $70.00 for "Labor Hourly."
Description of Work: We took the mower to them because it wouldn't start. We picked it up, paid the fee and took it home. It never started again, and we realized afterwards that they didn't start it for us at the shop. Big mistake! When we took it back to them they said something else was wrong with it and the replacement part would cost more than the value of the mower. What we learned was that we would always ask them to start our machine before we paid!0.

 + -1 moreASKED TO HAVE A LAWN BLOWER LOOKED AT AND SAID DID NOT WANT IT REPAIRED IF THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD BE OVER 60 DOLLARS. THIS WAS 5/22/2013. DID NOT HERE FROM THEM UNTIL 7/12 WITH AN ESTIMATE OF $118. THE LAWN BLOWER ORIGINALLY COST $134. 10/24 RANDY CALLED AND SAID HE WOULD TAKE TO COURT FOR 35 BENCH CHARGE.BEWARE OF BENCH CHARGE!!!!!!!

 + -1 moreI drove very far to get a lawn mower tired fixed. It was a week later and they still didn't call me back. So I had someone else do it. I ended up buying a part there but did not have my lawn mower fixed there because the lack of communication. Very difficult to grade because one guy was responsive and another was not.
