Dave left a huge water mess and tried to say it was there before. He picked and chose what water messes to clean and even made new ones that he didn't clean. Dave also blamed his lack of cleaning on the career center student of which I was not in the know about. Had I known that I would've rescheduled for a time that he could have a fully experienced crew to come out. I tried to ask for compensation with only more excuses. The work is great, the clean up is terrible terrible terrible. They left rusty water stains up my stairs and claim it was already there. This is not how I would treat a customers house. With or without a career center student. VERY unprofessional to blame the CC student and not take responsibility for your lazy actions Dave. I wanted to call and leave a rant however I figured a review was more fitting after it was all said and done.

BEWARE...The work went well; however, the labor bill was outrageous. Eby was at our home three times (it took that many trips because we had scheduling issues with them and two other contractors). When two men showed up to do the job, although only one was needed, it was to cut their work time in half as they are so busy. However, they neglected to tell us the labor rate for two men doubled the cost from $90/hr. to $180/hr. We tracked five total hours for labor; we were billed for ten. (Eby does not list "arrival and departure" times on their invoices). However, they "generously" decided not to charge us multiple service call fees. The owner, Gary Eby, informed my husband after we complained that we should have been charged more!! He did say he would speak with his crew and get back to us. We are still waiting...Eby clearly will not be plumbing our new bathroom or any other work that may be needed. We find their billing practices to be deceitful and dishonest.

Professional quality work. We are having a different issue with the shower that I believe to be unrelated.

Work is done. I now have a floor to ceiling hole in my laundry room. They can't do that prepare and said I would have to have a dry waller. While pounding the pipes the knocked a picture off the wall and shattered the glass. Found after they left. Wanted them to come back and install a garbage disposal, but have been playing phone tag with them since Thurs. Gary did return my call while I was out and told me he would call between 8 and 9 the following morning. Still not heard from him. I did call and left a message but so far no return

Was told would be on site within an hour, which was better than I expected; arrived one hr and ten minutes later. Literally took only 45 minutes to finish the job. Followed some specific directions I had. Left it clean and area just as it was. I'd highly recommend.

The employee showed up exactly as scheduled to work on the gas line and replace a couple of faucets. Since he was here I asked if he could perform some additional work that needed done. He didn't hesitate to tell me he could take care of whatever was needed while he was here. Even when he thought he was done I showed him an old water filter setup under the sink and he checked the routing and pulled the unnecessary plastic lines within a minute. He was completely professional, courteous and knowledgable. I am more than satisfied with the work that was done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone (which I will)! I'd also like to mention that they came out on a day's notice and worked in the rain for a good part of the job. I couldn't ask for better service! Thanks Eby Plumbing Plus!!

They fixed all the water ptoblems.. They know about the green valley water problems and knew exactly what to do.

I signed up for Angie's List since I needed a plummer to solve a leak issue that my husband could not fix. I wanted to find a licensed plumber that could guarantee work and had a modest service call fee. They came within an hour and fixed the problem within 45 min. The service call is $50. parts were $25, labor $95. I'm not sure whether labor costs are reasonable or not, but I was happy with the service. Hope this info helps.

He fixed our hard water problem and reset our softener for best results. Our softener had gotten clogged as well and he fixed that as well.

Have had Gary work for us for over twenty years and like always things went great. He arrived when he said he would. Explained our options and completed the jobs quickly!

Called night before to schedule for next day. They were very flexible with their time and came at time promised. This is the 4th time I have used them. They have unplugged my toliet twice, unplugged my kitchen sink, replaced dryer vent, and installed gas shut off behind my new gas stove. I have zero complaints about this company. I will continue to use them and have highly recommended them to family and friends.

I have used Eby's many times over the last fithteen years at both, my place of business and my homes rather it was just to fix a small leak or as part of a major renovation they were always very responsive and and competitively priced while providing quality work! I ran into a problem with Eby. The tenant said the shower upstairs was a little slow. He said he would go up and take a look. He then came downstairs and packed up all his tools and chatted to us and said everything was done, we can go. The whole took about two hours. We all walked out after two hours and left. The tenant had not moved in completely so we all left at the same time. The next day the tenant went back to the house and the upstairs shower had been left on for nineteen hours by the plumber. The plumber had not turned it off. The plumber said he would not charge the full amount because of this, but we still got a bill for three hundred dollars. I had to repaint two walls because of this and I had just painted the entire house thirty days earlier. There was hot water streaming down the walls for nineteen hours. The plumber indicated he did not want to do it. I contacted them and told them the bill was too high. Two days later, there was a leak under the kitchen sink. The plumber said this was not his fault and he replaced two hose lines. Then the dishwasher did not work and the plumber said it was because the water had been running for nineteen house. I was not real happy with him.

I would definitely use them again

After installing new garbage disposal, worked on bathroom fixtures. Fixtures were so old, they had to be torched off, thus ruining the fixture. Plumber went to store, purchased a fixture that would work in an unusual spot and position, and installed. it. These orginal fixtures had been in place since the early 50's and were frozen to the sink. It was quite a tedious job. Price for disposal, installation, and sink repair more than fair.

.It was quite messy job but they cleaned everything up afterwards. They took their time and did a good job. They were keen on getting her as soon as they could. Their cleanliness is what impressed me the most.Plumbers are quite expensive but t hey are really good.
