Not well, at all...Chad did work for us about 9 years ago. I called him for an estimate to possibly do some work recently. He was working and going to come over for a quote in a few hours. I happened to be out in the neighborhood and found another tree service who quoted me a fair price, and they could cut the tree down immediately, so I went with them, instead of waiting on a bid from Eager Beaver. I was courteous enough to call Chad back and explain that I did not need his quote, so he wouldn't have to waste his time. I have some other tree work I want done, so I gave Chad a call back to give him an opportunity to quote a job. I told him that I tentatively(no contract)have a tree service, possibly, doing the work in the fall. He actually called me a flake for using another tree service and said he prefers to work for people who only use him, exclusively, and then he hung up on me! How rude, unprofessional and childish...your Eager Beaver business is a tree service, not a spouse! I'm not loyal when it comes to anyone cutting a tree down, or some limbs off a tree...who ever is the fairest price wins the job, and Chad, YOU LOSE!!! I NEVER tell any other professional tree services who are bidding on work for my property the "other" guys price, so they can underbid...that would not be good business, or a fair way to get a fair price. Best price wins, as far as I'm concerned, and until my tress are actually being cut down, any professional tree service that wants to bid on my property is more than welcome to give it their best shot!! They did an excellent job. I was surprised at how fast everything was done. I got a same day estimate and my trees were cut down within a few days. Owner and crew were very professional and did a great job cleaning up. I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to make sure that if anyone was looking for a tree service in Elkhart, they would not be disappointed in calling Eager Beaver. I would definitely use them in the future.

We don’t have any problem with them and they did a fine job. It did not take them long to get out here, just a few days. I was very happy with Eager Beaver. The guy came out and gave me an estimate and he was supposed to come back the next day but could not because his equipment got stolen so he came the day after. He was a young guy, a really nice guy. He came out here, took the entire tree away, cleared the ground, leveled it and raked up all the debris.
