Description of Work: Very Professional, Salesman testes the water and recommended the right unit for our needs. Installation went well, a whole house filter is included. The installer had to adjust the drain pipe to allow the water to drain fast enough. Cleaned up his mess before he left. This unit a dual tank system (Kinetico) has a meter that spins that counts the amount of water you use and it will regenerate only when it needs to. Unit does not use electricity to run only water pressure. With the dual tank set up you will always have soft water because when one tank is regenerating it has switched to the other clean tank. The Kinetico also does not use very much salt. We replaced another Company's unit which used twice the salt.

+ -1 moreWe had two water conditioners and water softener units from them in the last 40 years. They have two locations. I bought two from them, the first when the house was brand-new and the second 30 years later. For water that is very good. The product is very good and we haven't had any service apart from the installation. They work is terrific. We haven't needed any kind of service from them since then. We were extremely pleased with them.
