The crew of Dreamscape Home Improvements was great to work with. They were on time everyday and no one ever sat idol. I would refer this company to anyone and give them a great recommendation. Also they would vacuum up the areas each day that they were working in and done a final cleanup outside as well. Can't say enough about the owner and crew, everyone worked together very well. I will use this company again.

They did a great job. This house was built in the 40’s and totaled a lot. We had the leaks in the ceiling and a couple of places which we had Dreamscape caught it up a couple of years ago. Last year, we had them reroof the whole house. They cleaned up well, were very professional, the price was good. Whatever we have them do, they are very capable and timely. They all start the job then leave and do something else. Their talents run across the board. Whatever you may instruct them, they can do it. They definitely gave us a fair price on that. They have top quality. They showed up.

Joel and his son had to rip out the entire shower floor and all the new tile on the bathroom floor. They fixed the leaking toilet, fixed the shower floor with the proper sloping and retiled the entire bathroom. Joes was very sympathetic to our predicament and genuinely felt bad that we had to pay for this job twice. Joel is extremely personable and explains things in great detail. He and his son were always on time and cleaned up after the job was done. Next job we have, we will definitely be calling them first.

Went very well. Discussed any isues and came up with resolutions. Kept me informed. Cleaned up daily at ant the end. Professional. Good results.

I did not know just how to accomplish what I wanted. Joel work with me and I ended up with a great result. We have another project to reroof my home coming up next.

I am very happy with the results of this transaction. They were in and out in the time quoted, they cleaned up after themselves, our office ran smoothly during the remodeling. I highly recommend this company.

We were getting ready to sell our home and some of the bricks on the chimney were starting to crumble and we wanted to get it repaired before listing our house. We called Dreamscape for an estimate and Joel came out the following day to do the estimate. We made sure he understood that we were selling the house so we wanted to invest the least amount of money into this repair as possible. He climbed up on the roof to inspect the chimney and after taking several pictures and making some phone calls, he came down and said bricks on the top half of the chimney could not be repaired and would need to be replaced instead. He said he called a masonry guy he knew who could do the job for $1200 but we needed to make a decision quickly because the masonry guy was slow right now so that was why he could offer us such a good rate. We told him we wanted to get a few more quotes and would let him know. We also asked for a quote on some window work that needed to be done and he said he would contact us the following day with an estimate. We never did get the estimate even after emailing him several times over the course of two weeks. We finally just gave up asking for it. As for the chimney, we received a quote from a mason in the amount of $450 which included repair of the existing bricks rather than full replacement. Based on our experience with Dreamscape, I am not sure I would recommend them to anyone else. I have heard good things about the quality of their work, but customer satisfaction begins with the first contact regardless of whether or not you are the contractor that gets the job in the end.

Joel came to my home and discussed the plans with my wife and I. He showed me pictures of other projects and discussed what we wanted done. Amazingly, Joel explained that it would be best to start with just the shower than the entire bathroom remodel. The thought was to save me money and time, while still providing us with the option to remodel additional areas of the bathroom. Basically, Joel is the type of person that gets to know you and wants to provide you with excellent service at a competitive price. After looking at three different contractors, Joel was the one we chose. His company, DreamScape Home Improvement offered more than the others when it came to quality. We knew that Joel and his crew would do the job correctly and get it right the first time. The price was competitive, but the service was more than expected. After removing our huge tub, removing the flooring, and building a wall, Joel and his crew were able to construct a custom shower. He had us pick out the tiles, included a venting fan, and fixed our plumbing because the shower was not draining correctly. It was a shock to me that he did not ask for more money. He gave me a quote, found additional issues once installation began, and still said to me that a deal is a deal. His team worked hard and gave us the shower we were looking for. I am going to use Joel for all my future projects. He and his crew are honest, hard workers, and truly get the job done correctly. I have dealt with contractors before and Joel and DreamScape are truly changing the way contractors operate. I hope after meeting Joel and seeing his work product, you will feel the same way.

Excellent work from start to finish. The crew (John & Charley) gutted the bathroom (took out the old fixtures and bathtub) and put in a walk-in shower, new tiles, new floor with heating, new vanity and fixtures. During the work they covered all the pass ways with plastic and cleaned up every thing before leaving at night. Joel and his team do an excellent job at a fair price. We can only recommend them.

I met with Joel twice to get an estimate on a kitchen renovation. He was professional and courteous in his presentation. He is a very friendly individual and seems very conscientious. He shared a portfolio of previous projects which demonstrated quality work. I did not contract this job with him, but I would recommend him to others who are looking for an honest, reliable, trustworthy contractor to do work in their home. I would not hesitate to call him again for future projects.

He gave me a good price on the roof. He also offered us 10% off as a first time customer. He was punctual and professional.

We have had interior leaks around the chimney since we purchased the house. All attempts to repair were failures until we hired DreamScape. The previous stone chimney facing was replaced with brick, which allowed the flashing to be installed properly. Actually, the old stone removal took much more time than estimated, but the quote remained as originally presented. After the chimney and roof repairs, the interior ceiling was replaced in front of the fireplace. DreamScape did a great job and cleaned up the job site completely.

They came out twice to do all the work. Once in June and once in July. The work was very expensive but I think it is what it costs to do it right. He was good about being willing to divide the work into two visits so that we had an easier time paying. The man who came out did a good job.

The project went smoothly and any issues encountered during the project were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. Again, I would highly recommend Dreamscape for any home improvement project.

While away from home, I got a forwarded letter from the utility company saying I was using "an unusually high amount of water". PANIC!! I called Joel of Dreamscape Home Improvement and asked him to get to the house ASAP. Joel and his crew have done some work for me prior (2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, roofing, tiling the fireplace, etc.) so he already had access to the house and I knew I could trust him. He got to the house within hours and found the hot water heater was broken and was (and had been) spewing water into the laundry room and crawlspace. He gave me an estimate right then and got to work getting the area dried out. While I was away, Joel and his crew (Thanks John!) made it all right again. Mold removal, demo of old floor, baseboards, and some drywall, re-tiling the floor were just a few of the many things they had to do to put it all back together. Came home to a job well done!!

Joe, the owner, came over to look at the space and came out about a week later to give us the quote. My husband and I talked over the price. Joe was the only true quote on the this project. We liked him and felt like he would do a good job. My husband and Joe really hit it off. He has been very good about going back and forth with us and figuring things out. He did call me when he was running late which I did appreciate. We have decided to go with him for the project.

In August we had Dreamscapes repair a water leak on the ceiling of our kitchen. It took a lot of troubleshooting, but he and John stuck with it and finally discovered the problem. They expertly repaired the caulking and toilets in the bathrooms above the leak, which were causing the problem. They had to take out a huge chunk of drywall from our ceiling, so then they repaired it and re-texturized and blended it. Now, when you look at the ceiling you can't even tell that we had a leak or any work done. In the process of troubleshooting this repair, Joel noticed the shoddy workmanship on our chimney. He took pictures of it for us and explained what should have been done. He encouraged us to contact the original roofing company to have them repair it and offered to check their work before we paid them. We appreciated that, but decided to have Joel do the repair instead because we trusted him to do it right. Joel is very thorough and does a high quality job, which he documents with pictures, in case you want to see what's going on, but don't want to climb up on the roof yourself! He returns calls and follows up in a timely manner and really seems to enjoy talking with clients. He gave me a few painting ideas for my basement, which I followed, and it turned out fabulous. We already have him scheduled for the next job--replacing carpet in the basement. I would highly recommend Dreamscapes for any job that you need done around your house.

Always have more than one inspection which I did. Although, Dreamscape cost was the highest he took the time to climb up to the roof in order to access full damages, took pictures of damages in order for us to come to an affective decision. The first company did not climb on to the roof they just eyeballed the chimney from the ground. And offered a high repair price. After many attempts to get an honest assessment and a quote that my husband and I could live with and not have to go through this in five to ten years down the road. Dreamscapes was our choice they found brick color and size to match the rest of the house. Which the former owners had painted so now the entire house from top to bottom are the same in color and brick size. We are satisfied with results and quality of craft men's ship.

They arrived on time, worked long hours, meticulous clean - up, very friendly, wonderful job !!

I called Joel at Dreamscape to come to the house to give me an estimate. He was at the home at the agreed upon time. In fact, he had already been by the house and had taken pictures of the chimney to discuss with me. We sat and reviewed the needed work and agreed upon a price. Work began the following week and was completed within the agreed upon time. Chimney looks great and workman was excellent. He discussed with me the step by step completion and was very thorough in his clean up. The price was more than I had wanted to pay, but the outcome was worth it. Dreamscape is very professional and I would use them again.

Overall, we couldn't have been happier with the work and the quality of the finished product!
