Description of Work: Two bathroom renovations and a bedroom renovation

Description of Work: I called a few times to set up an appointment. No one returned any of my calls.

Description of Work: I had a new roof installed on my home. Some issues developed but were appropriately and quickly addressed. Jobs this size always create some conflict. Being able to resolve them satisfactorily is key. Owner seemed committed to the quality of the work and to earning repeat business for other home repair needs

Description of Work: Dreamscape did an excellent job re-roofing our home.

Description of Work: Installed drywall in one room that has cracked at the joint line, tried fixing that but it has cracked again. He has ignored us ever since we informed him that it cracked again. Installed patio door that we had to adjust the lock on as they couldn't get it to lock. Regrouted the fireplace and ended up with grout all over the bricks. Had to hire someone else to stain the bricks to hide the mess. They installed new outlets in one room that kept tripping the breaker as they had them wired wrong. They presented the company as a top notch organization. The whole experience was a pathetic nightmare. We are going to have to pursue legal actions to recoup our losses.

Description of Work: Came out to look at water leak problem and gave roof estimate. Would use his services when we need them!

Description of Work: The contractor, Joel, came out on the 1st day of contact...a Saturday! We had a previous contractor re-roofing & painting the outside of our house when we got a record amount of rainfall in less than 24 hrs! The previous contractor did not finish the roof in time, nor did he tarp it sufficiently (although he had over a week to do so!) & we had significant water damage done to the inside of our home as a result. Joel saw the situation & immediately went into action, getting us a bid to complete the roof & started that next Monday. When we watched his crew operate (they were here 1/2 hr before scheduled on several occasions during the project & had all the proper equipment!), we knew we were going to get a professionally done job & a good roof over our heads! |Yes, we will be using this company in the future!

Description of Work: I used Dream Scape Home Improvement for remodeling, plumbing, and electrical services.

Description of Work: Fixed leaks in roof and around chimney, repaired ceiling and section of wall in living room, repainted ceiling in living room.

Description of Work: Joel Neary and his crew of Dreamscape Home Improvement have done several projects for me. The first was a kitchen remodel about 2 years ago. Then, about a year later, they worked on a bathroom remodel. They are currently working on roof/insulation issues, a major master bath remodel, and adding stone tile around the fire place. With my long standing fear of contractors, Joel convinced me, that first time, to give him an opportunity to prove contractors CAN do quality work at a fair price. Obviously, he proved his point since I have since hired him to do several more projects. He and his crew do quality work at a fair price. I would, and have, recommend Dreamscape Home Improvement without reservations!
