I let it go a couple of more weeks, and it was still hit and miss. I called again and they told me a service person would get back to me. Eight days later, still no call. I called on a Friday. The same guy came out Monday. I tried to explain to him what was going on. He was extremely condescending. He told me it must be operator error. So I took videos that day of when the furnace did not work. I called him later to tell him I had the videos and could send them to him. I also told him I didn't appreciate the operator error comment. He basically told me to take a hike and find someone else to fix it. When I told him, I'd let the owner know, he said he was the owner's son. So now I probably have to get a new thermostat and have to pay someone else for the labor they never finished. I will never do business with this company again.

I just don't think they were thorough enough you know the people like with a new person, the people like I've had before were just, seemed to be a lot more knowledgeable and had a lot more interest in getting everything done, and it just didn't seem like they just left. It seemed like they just changed the filter.

I just thought they were really honest, and I felt like I could trust them, and you know, I thought they did a really good job of fitting my needs and my budget and everything into the picture.

The company arrived on time. It took 3 days. They did a wonderful job, cleaned up after themselves. They explained to my husband everything they were doing. My husband requested some changes and they were happy to fulfill his requests. I would definitely use their services again.

We have hired Clem Smith to put in a new furnace and air conditioner. This will be completed this fall. The work has not been done yet. The company responded quickly to our call and came to our house on the day and time they scheduled. The work was discussed and we were given a quote that we were very happy with.

I have used this company 4 times for small jobs like changing a switch on th furnace and large jobs like installing anew furnace. They are always quick to respond even during the busiest part of the season. The work is quality, prices are fair and techs are knowledgeable.

Responded quickly, got my air conditioning going,wth no special up charge. Would recommend and call again.

I think they are responsive, they were helpful when they came. We had a heating problem and it wasn't their issue but they were able to fix it and complete the work very timely. They are wonderful and happy people, I like them a lot.
