 + 0 moreWe presented a detailed concept to Bruce and he came back with a full estimate. We then negotiated to bring the price down slightly and made a few adjustments in the design. He was great to work with and at every step was intent on pleasing us the customer. Before we signed a contract he showed us a similar project he had done and we got to meet those satisfied homeowners as well. His vast experience, knowledge and skill at building was evident throughout construction. At our request he allowed us to participate in the project (staining and installing some of the wood trim, painting ,& installing flooring). He easily incorporated one of our unique window features. He cleaned up during and at the conclusion of the project. We enjoy the room daily and continue to be very pleased with Bruce's work and would recommend him to anyone in the Elkhart/Goshen area.
Description of Work: Bruce Barwick Building added a four-season sun room onto our home. The intent was to have the addition look like it was an original part of the house. He succeeded at making that happen. He took care if akk necessary permits. He arranged several subcontractors who also did outstanding work. Start to finish the job took about 2 months. He finished on time and on budget as he proposed in advance.
