+ -1 moreI believe it was Brian that came out to ***** our Chimney repair and give us a quote. He was kind, courteous, and gave us a fair price for a quote. We called them back with an acceptance of his offer. However, the weather was not permit-able to work so we would have to wait in order for the repair. More than 2 months, 6 phone calls, and 4 messages later we have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from them. No response, not even phone tag. Unfortunately we have to go with someone else as the repair is now dire, was very surprised they would do this, they seemed professional.
