i think $405.00 was very excessive to pump our tank when it turns out it actually didn't need pumped !! the man that came out found it just had a bad clog ,he cleared the clog and pumpd it anyway.

When I talked to them on phone I asked them to not pull the truck in driveway for fear it might crack. Not only did they pull in the driveway and crack the concrete, but they also left a big oil stain. Other than this, they did a good job with my septic
