They were never on time. In July they told me my house would be ready by August 15, then September 15, then October 15. By late August, they knew I had to be out of my old place by October 15. I was assured everything would be done. I had to move in before trim was installed and painted, so all of the furniture had to be moved away from the wall, couldn't unpack my china. My closets were not painted so I couldn't unpack wardrobe boxes. He broke into the front door because he couldn't find his key, messing up drywall and trim. He fixed it, but since I was on time and material, I'm sure I paid for it. He tore out my invisible fence equipment ($349 to replace) and threw it away. He said nobody told him not to. He refused to pay for replacement. He even told me his son has one, so he knew what it was. Didn't bother to call and check, just ripped it out so they could put in some drywall. Personality wise, he is a nice guy, always trying to please. But that leads him to making promises he can't keep.

They did a nice presentation. They were not high pressure. They brought products to demonstrate.
Description of Work: I had them come out and give me an estimate on installing some windows.

I think the quality of the windows is good and the people that put them in cut a larger hole in the wall to put in a sliding glass door. Everything seems to be working well and they don?t let in cold air like our old ones did. They may have been able to do the caulking better on our picture window but they did a good job and the price was fine.
