They do all of our heating stuff, I've had them for a couple years. There were special things they did too. It was two rooms heating and cooling units they installed.

Quote for job was provided by a service technician not a sales person (this is a small company); I was impressed by that. The quote itself was not the absolute cheapest one I got, but I was impressed with how knowledgeable the service tech (Mike) was--he pointed out things with the current system and setup that that none of the other companies from whom I received a quote pointed out (e.g., the fact that I would need a smaller chimney liner due to reduced exhaust ... and, yes, he mentioned that _before_ he checked the size of my water heater). They installed the system in between five and six hours. One primary installer was there for the duration, but three other people came in and out as tasks required it, so at one point they had four employees working on the project. Seem like good folks, and, though the installation is quite recent, everything seems to be in good working order.

They're very nice and knowledgeable. They said that they'd be here at 8 o'clock in the morning and they were here at promptly at 8 o'clock in the morning. They cleaned up after they left. They said that they would be here for about 3 hours and they were here about 2 and a half hours. I was very satisfied with the work. They were excellent.
