 + -1 moreI called twice and left a voice mail, but received no return call. I then called a third time in the evening and spoke to the owner of Excavation Plus, Mr. Jackson. He promised to come on April 2 around noon, but never showed up, nor did he call back to apologize/reschedule. Based on this lack of professionalism I am wondering about the reliability of the company to perform work as agreed to, and am therefore reluctant to use them.
Description of Work: Excavation Plus is being used by our community association for concrete work (mainly sidewalks). Based on the recommendation by the General Manager of our community association I called the company to look at my concrete driveway and submit a quote for either repairs or complete renewal
