Seemed like a nice guy, but never got back to me, called him texted him. This was for a 203k loan so timing was critical, waited on this guy for 3 weeks for a price. Never got a price, and since I put my trust in him, I had to ask for an extension on closing date. If he was too busy, should've just told me from the start.Would not hire.

The service went very well. They sent out one or two people to work on it. There is the guy that owns the company. The work turned out very nice. Their price was fine. The quality of their work was good.

Everything when well. The date of service is a guess. It was somewhere around that date.

Their price was reasonable. It is a little high than average but the quality of work is far above average.

While this is probably a very good company, it took a long time for them to get back to me and the price they quoted seemed very high compared to all other quotes.

I have 28 townhouses with wooden door surrounds on the front doors, and the paint on the surrounds was peeling and the wood was rotting. I asked Rip to give me an estimate to rebuild the surrounds. He suggested I pull down the old surrounds and install new lumber, then wrap it in aluminum, which would last longer and resist wind, water and the sun. His crew installed 16 door frames in spring 2012, and they look wonderful. I plan to have RJ back next spring to replace the remaining 12 surrounds. The cost was reasonable, and the first 16 doors took about 7 days to complete.

I called Mr. Rip Johnson concerning some doors that I needed installed at my home. I told him of my situation. I found Mr. Johnson to be polite, courteous, and very professional. He was very straightforward with me. He couldn't fit into the time schedule that I needed, but his integrity and honesty was second to none. I should have called him first.

They work with another company that I decided to use just recently, since R J did a good job with this installation overall.

I think they do fabulous work and show up when they say they will.

THEY MANAGED TO PUT IN THE DOOR AND WINDOWS THE WAY THAT I WANTED IT DONE. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEY NEVER REALLY HAD ANY PROBLEMS THE ENTIRE TIME.
