Mike was very accommodating on this project. Came home from work and found my instant lawn! Will definitely call Mike with future projects and gladly recommend him to my friends.

Easy communication relaying understanding of what I wanted and his ability to economically provide those results. He is a nice, polite, dependable and personable man. I would gladly use him again on another project.

Mike gave me good advice on my options for the existing conditions and encouraged me to look at pavers as the most logical option for my uneven concrete walkway. We went with a beautiful paver and trim option that turned out even better than my expectations. I have other areas to treat and plan on doing future business with Courtyard Services. Highly recommended.

The guyas did a great job on a dififcult, cracked concrete deck repair around my pool. They did their research and have provided me a solution that will give me life on the deck until I can afford the paver solution I favor. Will be calling them again soon...

These guys do great work.. They are quick, are very careful not to tear up your lawn in the process, and do a great job cleaning up after the job. If I have 1 negative this to say, it would be on the paperwork end of the project. Since they are a small company, they struggle with getting estimates, work invoices, paid statements and warranty info. But the JOB they do is great.

Mike and Lee with Courtyard services did a GREAT JOB! The job was finished on time and within budget and they did a great job cleaning up the job site when the work was completed . You will be very happy with their work. I plan on using them for other projects!

they were quick, efficient and did a great job for me

Spent almost $6,000.00 on drain tile and landscaping. Major discrepencies on both jobs. Still have seepage and bushes have died owing to uprooting from wind shortlly after install. Yard still damaged from drain tile install. On several occasions they stated they were going to return and take a look. Never showed nor called. They will not return phone calls or emails. I have to hire another contractor to replace dead bushes and reseed yard. Always found debris and cigarette butts in evening after they finished working.

Very professional. They provided clear and concise information relative to the work that was to be done and followed up with us weeks later to see how the upgrade was performing. We are very pleased with their work and their customer service.

I would strongly recommend Sunset Enterprises. They did a great job and finished on schedule.

Poor communications to start with. He came out and gave me the estimate and said 3 weeks. A month after this and many phone calls to him, he finally comes out to do work. I ask to meet again prior to doing woork to go over again but next thing I know work is done. Patio is average looking at best. The damage to grass was big, the mess made was HORRIBLE! Rocks all over the lawn damaged my lawn mower. Concrete all over the fence, house and screen door was left on to dry and harden now it is a huge issue to try and get off. Overall Very unprofessional and I would never recommend them again.

Had a custom pattern paver brick walkway installed and a concrete addition to enlarge our rear patio. Excellent workmanship, job completed when promised, very personable - highly recommend!
