Newsome's Tree & Stump Removal

Large sycamore tree ( 29 yrs old, over 70 ft. tall) was removed, including stump. I inquired if they could also remove a second tree (it had not been included in the original quote). That tree was also removed. I was very impressed with the work and the meticulous effort they made in cleaning up the debris. I have hired many people over the years, and I've seen only one other crew (carpet layers) take such efforts to clean up a mess they created as a result of completing the job. Refreshing, unexpected, and impressive.

Had previously remove two tree and stumps. Did not want to remove the third due to the ground being wet. He said he would return when ground dried up. Said he would call first. Called and came back and did the same great job. No mess. Deserves an A plus rating.

I called and left a message and Rick called me back the same day. He came out that day to give me an estimate. He brought his crew out two weeks later and they did a wonderful job. The tree looks great and I am so proud of it. They totally cleaned up the area and even carried a large bag of mulch out to the tree for me. I can't say enough good things about what a terrific job they did and I thought at a reasonable price. I will certainly call them again.

The wood was seasoned and the right size for my wood burner. I plan to use them again this upcoming season (fall 2014).

Mr. Newsome came within two days to give an estimate. He (personally) notified us the day before he planned to do the work. We are very satisfied with the job. The clean up is great. Every twig was raked up and all debria hauled away. We were more than satisfied. Since we previously had a different tree service we can honestly say Mr.Newsome did a superior job and we will use his services whenever we need tree service.

Rick and his guys came out when promised and were over $1000 cheaper than another bid we quoted. I asked him day of if he wouldn't mind clearing out some shrubbery, which he did for $50 extra (well worth my time not doing it!) He went ahead and chipped them all up, too, even though I told him he didn't have to! The limbs were cut and in a nice neat pile for us (we wanted the fire wood) in under an hour. When I went out to settle up with him, he asked if he could also trim back a limb that would eventually interfere with a power line. He did this at no extra charge to us! Awesome, awesome, awesome! Highly recommend for any tree work you need done!

Rick new some was prompt did every thing I asked cleaned up, I didn't even have to pick up a twice and he's coming back in the spring to do some more ! and the price was fair.

Gave them my phone number to set up a time to come out to my house. They have never called me back.

We would not hesitate to call this service again for tree work. They came when we were not able to be here. However, they left carefully placed,(away from drive), very neat brush piles; good sized manageable logs to cut; no damage around garden brick edging where brush is piled and very few noticeable tire marks in lawn(it was a little soft from rain the previous week). As a matter of fact, we will be calling them shortly to haul some needed stone for Culvert and Drive. Very Pleasant Service...Give Them A Call!!!
