FASE-KALUF APPLIANCES

I had used this appliance repair in June 2011, to come and fix a leak in my dishwasher. we reported to them that we initially thought it was the seal, due to the way the unit was leaking. the technician diagnosed the leaking as being from a broken wheel from one of my baskets, said it became lodged in the door, which offset the door, and this is what caused the leak. the home warranty did not cover this specific problem, so $100.00 was paid directly to Fase Kaluf, when I discovered that they had ordered the replacement wheels for me. they ordered me the set, I went in town to the business, paid the service bill as well as the parts amount, and brought the items home, and replaced them myself. we did have the same leaking issue again, but opened to door to the unit, and closed it again , and this took care of the problem. when this option did not correct the problem last evening, and my kitchen was flooded, we turned off the water to the unit. and that was when I decided to Fase Kaluf again this morning. When I called them this morning, requesting service from them, since they had been out before, and told them that again, the door was leaking, and we were almost positive it was the seal,(which is what I stated during the first service call ) because it is damaged, and apparently has been for some time, this was when they looked up the information in their computer, the woman on the phone talked to whomever "he" was, and when she returned to the line, is when she advised me that " no, he won't come out..." and stated the above listed reasons for refusing the business. while I had the intention of using a smaller in-town company, I will never call these people again, due to the refusal of services.
