Description of Work: I needed an estimate on a electric dryer heating element replacement; I called 4 places in Fort Wayne and described what the serice call was to be. ALL of them said $XX for the trip charge,$20-$25 to "diagnose" the problem and $XX per hour labor; by the way to have the person look at my refrigerator also there was also ANOTHER diagnosis fee!!!! Talkingf to Klenks, the trip charge was approximately what the other 4 were; BUT it included an hours free labor toward fixing the appliance! I am having them come out next week. Don't deal with the Fort Wayne gougers!!!!

Description of Work: We had just bought a house and the washer/dryer were left with the house. The dryer was not working effeciently, called Klenk's and a service person came to repair it within 2 days. He cleaned the extremely long vent and replaced the heating element in the dryer which had burned out due to the lint build up.
