Description of Work: The tech went thru my audio and video system and corrected a problem I was having with the system. They came out on a very timely basis, as we were hosting a party the following day. We could not be more pleased. |I highly recommend Innovative Concepts.

 + -1 moreThey are very professional. They were very thorough in the proposal. They are expensive. They fell down on being responsive. We did not hear from them for 3 months after looking at the job. We went to their location and asked for a quote. They had tremendous growth and can not get enough qualified people to do the work.
