I was out of town immediately after my initial visit to Ideal Builders; when I returned on March 16, I noticed that the debris along a fence line well south of their construction site had been completely cleaned as was from a ravine in back of the new house construction; Then this morning I noticed a large street sweeper vehicle on the cul-de-sac where their new home was located. I drove down there and the street sweeper had cleaned the entire immediate area where driveway stones had been tracked onto the city street due to different service trucks using the driveway. Inquiring about the large street sweeper, I learned that Ideal pays a company that provides this service (NOT A CITY street sweeper!) Also some tire tracks in an Association-owned decorative island had been repaired. I guess I want to make people aware that this company takes great pride & responsibility in their reputation as a good "corporate neighbor". Not all builders/developers do that, believe me! I certainly would not hesitate to use them as a home builder.

They are very good and I would rate them highly.
