Description of Work: THEY PLACED 3-4 TRAPS FOR MOLES IN OUR YARD AND CAME EVERY 2-3 DAYS TO CHECK THEM. AFTER A WEEK WITH NO SUCCESS AND NEW DAMAGE FROM THE MOLE, THE TRAPS WERE RELOCATED AND MONITORING CONTINUED. ONE MOLE WAS CAUGHT A FEW DAYS AFTER MOVING THE TRAPS.

Description of Work: WE SUSPECTED CARPENTER ANTS IN OUR DECK THIS PAST FALL. WE CALLED THEM, AMONG OTHERS. THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES TO RESPOND, THE REPRESENTATIVE CAME OUT, CONFIRMED THE ANTS. SHE ANSWERED ALL SORTS OF QUESTIONS VERY WELL. SHE DID NOT CHARGE US, AS SPRINGTIME WAS GOING TO BE A BETTER TIME TO DO A TREATMENT (CARPENTER ANTS APPEAR TO BE ALL DEAD) ON THE NEARBY TREE AND OUR HOUSE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED AND SURPRISED TO HAVE RECEIVED FREE ADVICE AND CONFIRMATION, SO WILL REWARD THEM WITH OUR BUSINESS COME SPRING.
