Very conscientious, very careful. Right tools for the job, and it was done right, and right away. There was some confusion about the job so I feel like I should have texted him the details instead of only talking them out on the phone, so that he was 100% sure, but even though there was confusion initially it was no problem, he adapted and did a great job. We literally could not be happier with his service -- he is even careful to wipe up stray fingerprints! He's great.

Ron and his crew were like busy little beavers when they arrived and began work! The project was well planned and organized - I didn't need to do anything. Everyone was knowledgeable and on task. They advised where there were old wiring problems and explained why, but left it up to me to decide the direction. The checks they made through the entire house were appreciated. I had one little issue and their response time was stellar. I definitely recommend this company and I'm going to use the in the future.

Mr. Dunaway was able to work the garbage disposal installation into his schedule at a time that was convenient for us and I really appreciated that,since it had been inoperative for about 2 wks.

I was quoted $300 for a new plug to be installed for the laundry. The individual at my home told me it would most likely be less but I would rather quote you high. After all the work was done I was told the bill would be $332.00. When I questioned the extra $32.00 they said it was for extra job related cost. I am not sure what would be extra when they knew they needed wiring, a plug, and a breaker switch.... I felt as though they were price gouging me.
