My electrician was very prompt and professional. When job was complete he left the work space clean just as he found it.

Ron was prompt with giving and estimate, prompt with scheduling, friendly, courteous and the technician did an excellent job. Would recommend.

I think the service tech came out on time, brought a helper or less experienced technician, and as he did the examination of my generator he also showed the less knowledgeable tech. I found that very refreshing to do service and training combined. If more people made the effort to do that in the field more people would be better trained/you do not learn real problems in the classroom, I know first hand as a retired elevator constructor!

Did great work but checked a plug outside that was not working did no work to it just switched the breaker back on charged $25.00 just for that I thought he should have thrown that in with 2 plugs and replace 4 fire detectors for $425.00 instead of $400.00

Had initial issue of them not showing up when date was set to begin project. No call or text or e-mail telling me they wouldn't be there. Their work was fine after we got through the bad start.

I had fa failure of the of the first fix and the owner returned and made all right again. Problem solved. Can't say enough of the customer service and job done. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Great install of the kitchen hood. Looks and works great! My only complaint was that no one showed up for the installation until 3 hours after our scheduled appointment time.
