+ -1 moreJust getting started, but like what I see and love Bob Sandberg. Bob has some great ideas and is a genuinely nice, and extremely helpful. He is very attentive to detail and knows how to help the custom homebuilder with making plan decisions.
Description of Work: We are currently working on plans for our new home. We've met with Bob 4 times already and are now moving on to get our drawings made up.

Description of Work: My husband and I Met with Bob to pursue building our dream home. He was able to guide us through the process of selecting a floorplan and pricing that plan in great detail. Bob is a kind and patient man. He is easy to work with and provides a fair price. Bob completed our new home in the timeline that we discussed. The entire process was approximately 6 months. We would highly recommend Bob Sandberg to anyone that wants to make their dream home a reality.
