Brad, owner of Pinnacle Construction, was on time, preformed the work in the time frame as quoted, and for the price we agreed upon. We were pleased with the quality of the work as well. We have used Pinnacle Construction for other home projects, including the completion of a finished basement, which was completed on budget and within the time frame he quoted us.
Description of Work: Replaced caulking in master shower, examined master shower for possible leaks, examined master shower plumbing for leaks. Removed and examined baseboards around master shower for water damage. Replaced baseboards.

He does sloppy electrical work. He installed the vent fan in backwards so the air was not being drawn out. He also cut the power to my bedroom fan. He ran wires through metal which is not what you're supposed to do. He didn't install a GFCI that was supposed to be installed.

WE HAVE HAD BRAD DO SEVERAL JOBS FOR US OVER THE YEARS, INCLUDING ELECTRICAL WORK, CARPENTRY, RE-ROOFING OUR HOME, PAINTING, BUILDING OUR DECK AND MOST RECENTLY ENCLOSING OUR PORCH. Description of Work: BRAD ENCLOSED OUR SCREENED IN PORCH FOR US. HE TORE OUT THE OLD SCREEN AND FRAMING. THEN FRAMED THE PORCH FOR OUR NEW WINDOWS AND INSTALLED THEM. HE DID ALL THE FINISH WORK.
