My wife and I were present at the home inspection. Not only did Keith do a thorough job, but he included helpful suggestions for us. He returned for a re-inspect a couple of weeks later at no charge. He actually had to show up at the house twice, since the sellers (rudely) wouldn't let him in the first time, but he handled it all professionally. Keith far exceeded my expectations. He did a very thorough job and presented a report that was easy to understand. He found some major concerns that ultimately resulted in us withdrawing our offer on the home. Once the major septic issues were discovered, he even said we could opt out of completing the inspection if we wanted, and he would only bill us for our time. We were unsure at that point of what we were going to do with the home, so decided to have him go forward and complete the inspection. I will without a doubt use Keith again and recommend him to others.
