This company did good job. They explained what could be done and options to take to rectify the problem. The clean up job was okay.

Vince is who we always ask for. He knows this house better than I do.

They came out a couple of times to diagnose. They did great work. One guy came out, Brian Couch, and showed up on time and the price was great b/c our mortgage insurance company paid for the cost of the water heater. I plan on having a water softener installed and will definitely use them.

The plumber was timely and polite. He examined my garbage disposal and explained that I needed a new one, which did not surprise me. He then said he had a disposal on his truck and I said that sounded great, and asked him for an estimate. He quoted me a price of $446.47 to install the disposal. After I declined and paid him the $59.95 I had agreed to for the service call, I checked another store's website. They sell a garbage disposal which is called a "Badger 5" for $79.99. I do not know for a fact that this is the same garbage disposal, but it certainly sounds like it to me. Justin Dorsey did call me back and politely explained that it probably wasn't the same garbage disposal because the manufacturing requirements may not be the same. He also explained that he has the cost of running a business including putting trucks and employees on the road and paying health insurance. I believe that this was a ridiculous mark up and I will not do business with them again.

This was the third company that I had called that day and the only one to actually answer the phone and show up. That was a big plus. Paul was polite and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the work.

In general, I have specifically requested that the home warranty company never send this company to my home again.

$355 FOR A SIMPLE DISHWASHER REPLACEMENT - THIS IS ABOUT DOUBLE WHAT OTHERS CHARGE. THE TECHNICIAN WOULD NOT READ INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, EVEN THOUGH I KEPT TELLING HIM THERE WERE PARTS OF IT THAT WOULD HAVE MADE HIS WORK MUCH EASIER. BACK LEGS ADJUSTMENT, IN MY NEW DISHWASHER, CAN BE DONE BY TURNING A SPECIAL SCREW ON THE FRONT PLATE. HE KEPT ON FIGHTING WITH BACK LEGS FOREVER (2 HOURS PLUS !!). FINALLY LISTENED TO ME, FOUND THE SPECIAL SCREW AND GOT IT RIGHT. HOOKED EVERYTHING UP. PUT AWAY WITHOUT READING '' HOW TO START'' INSTRUCTIONS I OFFERED. TRIED TO START IT - NO LUCK. TOOK THE WHOLE THING OUT AGAIN!!!!! FINALLY, I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS MYSELF AND THERE IT WAS ''TURN ON THE POWER BY PUSHING THE BUTTON ON THE DOOR''. DUH. I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE AT ALL THAT MY DISHWASHER WAS INSTALLED PROPERLY. WHILE FIXING THE GAS LEAK IN THE GARAGE HE BROKE OFF THE DOOR ON THE BRAND NEW OVEN THAT WAS STORED THERE (GUESS HE TRIED TO MOVE IT PULLING ON THE DOOR !!??). DID NOT EVEN TELL ME, AND L

THEY WERE VERY HIGH PRICED AND I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

PLUMBERS WERE CAPABLE, AND THEY WERE UPFRONT ABOUT PRICES. THEY GOT THE WORK DONE BY THE WEEKEND WHEN WE WERE HAVING GUESTS AND NEEDED BATHROOM FIXED. WE HAD TWO DIFFERENT PLUMBERS, AS WORK REQUIRED MORE THAN ONE VISIT. THE FIRST PLUMBER WAS VERY HELPFUL, POINTING OUT A SIMPLER WAY TO FIX THE OUTDOOR FAUCETS. THE SECOND PLUMBER WAS LESS HELPFUL, AND MY WIFE FOUND HIM DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT WORK PERFORMED. PRICES SEEMED HIGH. I ENDED UP REINSTALLING BATHROOM SINK MYSELF AFTER REPLASTERING. THIS WOULD HAVE COST ME $300 IF DORSEY HAD DONE IT.

THE MAN WHO CAME OUT DID NOT EVEN TURN ON THE WATER TO CHECK THE LEAK. THEN HE TRIED TO SELL US AN OUTSIDE FAUCET RATHER THAN FIXING THE LEAK INSIDE OUR BUILDING? BOTH QUOTES WERE OUTRAGEOUS. HIS CONDUCT WAS LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL.

I DID NOT FEEL THAT IT WAS FAIR OF HIM TO SAY HE WOULD NOT CHARGE US AND THEN TURN AROUND AND CHARGE US THE FULL AMOUNT. I REALIZE THAT HE HAD HIS TIME INVOLVED AND WE WOULD HAVE BEEN WILLING TO PAY PART OF IT, BUT WE WERE NOT EXPECTING TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT.

PRETTY PUSHY WITH SALES AND WANTED TO SELL ME A WHOLE PLUMBING SYSTEM. THOUGHT HIS PRICES WERE HIGH FOR THE JOB COMPLETED.

X-MAS EVE OUR SEPTIC SYSTEM STOPS HAD 40 PEOPLE COMING OUT, CALLED EVERY PLUMBER NO ONE WAS WILLING TO HELP, CAME OUT DURING A MIDDLE OF SNOW STORM FOR 3 HOURS, REPLACED BROKEN PART. JUST AMAZING WENT WAY OUT OF HIS WAY. VERY NICE GUY.

CORRECTED LEAKS CAUSED BY ANOTHER PLUMBER. OWNER CAME OUT HIMSELF AND WAS HERE OVER FIVE HOURS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. ALSO INSTALLED NEW WATER HEATER. IM ON A YEARLY MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH THEM NOW. GREAT WORK.
