 + -1 moreMr. Dickenson came to my home after a hail storm hit our town. He was going door to door looking to inspect roof's for hail damage. We made an appointment and he and a co-worker showed up and the co-worker inspected my room. During the time the co-worker was on my roof, I explained to Mr. Dickenson, we were interested in other services - interior painting and carpet cleaning. Mr. Dickenson stated his company did that also. He came in and looked around our home. Mr. Dickenson then stated that he would get estimates togehter and get back in touch with us. A few days later, Mr. Dickenson called and said he would be over tht day - ne never showed up. That was a Friday, I waited to see if he would show up on Monday or at least call - he did neither. I sent an email to the company and the response I got back was from the co-worker stating he was sorry, that he worked for Mr. Dickenson and he though Mr. Dickenson had contacted me and provided the estimates to me. Needless to say, I prefer to have reliable companies work for me.
