These were highly competent and effective workers. Racoon was gone within 18 hours of completing their work. Returned promptly to remove doors and seal openings. We had numerous vulnerable places in our old house, thus the high price. Time will tell whether the interventions work over the long haul. Given the fact that racoons have been frequent visitors over the years, we should know sooner rather than later.

I called Critter Control, described on the phone where the problem was, and they were out in 2 days to remove the nest, and seal the hole in the brick where the birds had gotten in. So easy and so simple. They were up front with their pricing and did a great job.

Called on March 23rd to set up a time to come get rodent from underneath my crawlspace. I read the reviews and noted they had a few problems with punctuality. We set the appointment for March 23 from 3 PM to 4 PM. I sat here and waited and waited And no one showed and no one called me. I started thinking maybe I got scam but I wasn't sure (they required that I give them a credit card and pay up front and I did). March 24 at 8 AM I called them back to find out why they didn't show and the young lady placed me on hold I waited a few minutes and then a different lady picked up the phone . She told me that she made a mistake she meant to put me on the schedule for today from 111 to 12. I asked her why didn't she call me and she simply said "I'm sorry." At that point my gut was this was a sign of things to come so I opted to cancel and use another contractor it was at that point that she seemed a little agravated and kept telling me that this guy Brian already had me on the schedule I told her she needs to call Brian and tell him not to come out because I won't be here and that I wanted her to unlock my credit card hold and in a diisgruntled tone she said she would do that. I wouldn't recommend these folks just because of their customer service being so bad they told me they're operating out of Michigan and they bought this company last week from the original owner. if I were you I would steer clear... generally this is a sign of things to come regarding bad service.

Critters Control came for an inspect and quote a couple of weeks before the actual work. Day of work arrived on time, were very polite and competent in completion of job. Cleaned any debris before they left.
