Critter Control of Indianapolis

The gentleman removed 4 dead opossum along with their solid waste. He also inspected the attic to determine how they entered. Very professional, punctual, and efficient. Also very friendly.

Upon placing the call to critter control, I was immediately serviced with a technician coming to my home to assess the problem. Traps were placed in two different locations in my back yard and a raccoon was immediately caught the next day after the trap had been set. It took a while before the wire could be placed around the deck due to the increased rain Indianapolis experienced in the end of April and beginning of May. The cost of the project was a bit pricey but the end result was to keep animals from living underneath my deck and that was indeed accomplished.

I contacted Critter Control after 3 years of attempting to get rid of chipmunks who were digging holes on and around my deck. In addition they were living underneath the deck. After blocking all entrances with blocks around the deck they were bold enough to dig holes on top and the steps of the deck in order to get to the bottom. That was the last draw. I contacted Critter Control on a Friday and Brian came out on Monday. He inspected the area for the chipmunks entry areas and the set traps. Within three days he had removed two large chipmunks. As of this writing there are no signs of any chipmunk activity. I highly recommend Critter Control of Indianapolis. They are very professional and customer oriented.

It was fine. I think they were punctual and efficient.

They were the nicest people. They are very humane. After they caught some raccoons, they released them into a safe place. After getting kittens out of the walls, they repaired the holes. I would recommend them to anyone. They even reworked their schedule because they were afraid one of the kittens had been in the wall too long.

He called before he came to the house and was on time. He was extremely professional and honest. He didn't charge us since he found a problem and he couldn't fix it, but he did recommend someone that could.

They did capture one in the back and I haven't seen any activity since. They explained everything really well. They were friendly and professional.

This provider is great, I highly recommend them. Everyone throughout the process was very customer friendly and they definitely catch the critters. They also help in finding entry points and suggested how to remedy those.

They came and removed the bat from house.

When I scheduled the work, Angie the receptionist said Randy would be there from 8-12. On the day of service no one called and no one showed up from 8-12. I called at 12:15 to ask her what was the matter as he hadn't shown up yet. She said she'd investigate but never got back to me. Suddenly Randy appeared some time after 1pm unannounced. Very disappointing as I was planning to leave and do all the other things I couldn't do that morning while waiting for him. (Minus points for poor communication and punctuality). To his credit, Randy's work was professional and clean. He was considerate of reducing the mess he made going in and out of the attic. He did spend time looking all over for the point of entry for what we presumed were mice. While we never found one, he did go ahead and spread poison throughout the attic just in case they came back. His work was not rushed and he made sure I was satisfied with what was done. I read reviews of people having the same experience with Randy. I'm not sure if he is overbooked or the office doesn't schedule/communicate well (or both). While I probably would use their services again, I would try to find a more reliable way of scheduling the service. Going through their receptionist Angie is likely to lead in you losing an entire day waiting for someone who may or may not show up on time.

Caught the mole the first night. Came back for the next couple of days to amke sure no other pest were around. Dug a little to set traps but put grass back over and could not tell they had been there.

It went great. After having what sounded like the "Kentucky Derby" run over my head for an entire evening, I looked on Angie's List for help. I contacted Critter Control of Indianapolis. Immediately, Angie, who answered the phone, suspected our house guests were raccoons and arranged for an inspection the next morning. The next morning, Brian arrived and within minutes confirmed Angie's suspicion. Traps were set and our visitors were caught and removed within three days. Following Brian's work, Tim and his crew (Barry and Steve) critter proofed our soffits and vents, removed and replaced all the attic insulation and fumigated the attic. Tim also helped us arrange to have the ceiling replaced and the room painted. During the time it took to rid the visitors and make the necessary repairs, I had many conversations with Robin, one of the owners. She was always very responsive to my questions and concerns. Everyone we worked with was very professional in the way they responded to our problem. They told us exactly what needed to be done, arrived on time, and did their work in a very professional way.

The price was competitive so it was good.

They did a great job, with no mess, traps or any other inconveniences. Very thorough and professional. They assessed the situation, confirmed that it was a racoon and babies, identified where they were getting in and out of attic. They recommended using male racoon scent at the opening to the attic that the mom racoon was using. They explained that this would cause the mom racoon to relocate her babies. They applied the scent the same day and the racoons were gone within the next 2 days. They subsuquently came back to confirm that they were gone, and then sealed up the opening that they had used to get into the attic. Very professional, throrough, no hassles. Highly recommend.

On August 5, 2014 Brian from Critter Control came out to my home and listened my concerns. Brian searched my home from top to bottom and determined I had mice living in my attic. He laid poison down to get rid of them and the mice did leave, but their relatives decided to come back for round two. Brian came out again on August 19, 2014 and found there were more mice in a different part of my home. Brian walked my house again and determined that he might have found where they are coming into my home. He left more poison for the mice. I am happy to say I slept sound and have not heard any critters lurking around my home. But if I do, I know I can can call Brian and the Critter Control team and they will be right out.

The job took several attempts, but was successful finally.

well - came out; checked around the house to certain squirrels, raccoons (this company removed a family of raccoons from our chimney 20+ years ago), etc weren't accessing under our roof - then went into the attic AND crawl space to locate the source.

He set traps, checked them, and removed the trapped squirrels. He left the traps until they remained empty after several days. We have had had no more problems so far.

So far 2 moles, 6 chipmunks and 1 mouse.

I was very pleased with Brenda. She knew what she was doing and solved the mole problem very quickly. I didn't have to be home when she came since she left a post-it on the door of her progress.

Set trap near the entry hole; caught and removed two animals. Very responsive as to initial call and return visits to check traps. Knowledge of animal habits helped for quick resolution.

16Critter control was very responsive, gave a very reasonable quote in a timely fashion and did an overall great job! They didn't require us to be at the house since it was an outside job, which is nice when you work week days! They cleaned up the mess completely and didn't leave and mess behind. They even painted under the deck and did a great job! They did NOT require payment up front, which shows they have plenty of business, a good quality to have. I would hire them again!

Called Critter Control on Tuesday morning and spoke with Robin. She was very helpful and was able to schedule for the same day. The technician Steve successfully removed the raccoon but did not have the proper size rain cap on his truck. Steve did return the next day to install it. Very happy with the group at Critter Control.
