Poor experience.
Description of Work: Called them to remove a chipmunk from the interior of my house. I called on Friday morning prior to a long weekend. They said that they would not be able to come out until Tuesday, because it was against their policy to set traps on Friday. Basically they told me that I would have to live with the animal in my house for three days before they would come and set traps.

WHEN THE MEMBER CALLED OUR OFFICE TO GET A CHIPMUNK TRAPPED OUT OF HIS HOUSE, I EXPLAINED OUR PRICING STRUCTURE AND PROCEDURES TO HIM AND TOLD HIM I COULD SET APPOINTMENT FOR TUESDAY, SEPT. 5TH AS WE DO NOT SET TRAPS ON FRIDAYS BECAUSE WE DO NOT LEAVE THE TRAPS UNATTENDED OVER THE WEEK-ENDS. WE SET OUR TRAPS AND CHECK THEM ONCE PER DAY MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. HE DID NOT SEEM TO BE UPSET ABOUT OUR PROCEDURE. HE JUST TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE TO COME TO HIS HOUSE THAT DAY. HE DID NOT WANT TO WAIT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY. HE SHOULD HAVE EXPRESSED HIS FEELINGS ABOUT OUR PROCEDURES TO ME. I IN NO WAY WAS TRYING TO BE DIFFICULT. WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY TRAPS SET AND UNATTENDED. I'M SORRY HE FELT IT WAS NECESSARY TO GIVE US A BAD REPORT (AN F). WE FOLLOW THE REGULATION OF OUR PERMIT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES.
