Description of Work: Initial contact was in February for a mouse problem. He identified point of entry and put out traps in yard near foundation and in basement. It worked. He also noticed a problem with my gas meter, subsequently the gas company came to replace my regulator. Later he came to spray for ants. Both the owner, and his worker who came to do a six month maintenance spray, were very nice and professional. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We had moles in our front yard. Stave promptly came over and installed several traps. The next day, a mole was caught. He monitored for a few days and no more were retrieved. There is no evidence of new trails. We contracted with them for 30 days, so will keep out a close watch. |I would definately call them again!

Description of Work: They took the necessary steps to remove a bat that had been visiting every night and leaving a lot of their "droppings" on our front porch. The action taken by Critter Control caught the bat the very first night - problem solved!

Description of Work: I scheduled through Angie's List service on Friday 7/31. Critter Control was very prompt in contacting me. Made arrangements for "Steve" to come out between 7:00-12:00 on Monday morning. He was here by 7:30. After explaining the sounds I had heard in the south walls of my home, he checked the crawl space vents, roof, gutters, eaves and the attic. He was very thorough. Finding no animal entries, he did find mice trails in the attic so he set out mice bait. I was very pleased with the job. I will definitely use Critter Control again if I have any other issues. Hopefully, there won't be any.

Description of Work: I saw mice in my house and tried to get rid of them with traps that did not work. Critter Control was able to give me an appointment for the day after I called. Randy arrived on time, answered all my questions, looked through the house to make sure there were no pests visible, set the poison, and promised to return to collect any bodies I might see. He was extremely nice about what I thought was an upsetting situation and made me feel much calmer. Plus no mice seen since the treatment.
