I would not hire anybody else. Most importantly, they caught the raccoons. Then, they took out all the insulation that was damaged by the raccoons and they replaced it. They also cleaned everything very thoroughly. They are punctual, quick, and hard working. They worked 10 hours both days they were here. I was thinking I would pay more than I did. They are wonderful to be around.

Terry was outstanding. He was timely, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in his explanation of each recommended action. He was attentive throughout the process and stopped by daily to monitor progress and check bat traps. He completed the work as scheduled, on time, and at the exact price estimated.

They didn't get any moles, but they did remove some other animals for us. The man was nice, and took care of everything.

They came out to the house the day after I called them and were very good about communicating about the status of the problem. They left a note everyday with a progress report. I do not have any complaints. The work is guaranteed for a year.

Then, they spent a lot of time and effort looking for the birds (on my roof, in the attic, and all around my home). Despite not finding the critters, they came back and sealed potential entry points so that I would have no problems and guaranteed me that they would come back and remove any animals if there was one that popped up after completing their assessment. I was really pleased with their service.

Critter Control is an expert animal removal firm. They responded to my urgent call quickly and sent Tracey out almost immediately. His "trapping skills" are excellent. He knew right away what kind of animals we were dealing with, where they entered our house, and what kind of damage they had done. He also temporarily repaired the roof until our roofer could come. They were great!

Moles were digging trenches through my newly seeded front lawn. I signed a 1-year contract for trapping moles (a set fee) plus paid an additional fee for each mole captured. 3 traps were set and someone visited my property each day. Within 48 hours one mole was captured and removed my from property. I went out to my front yard to chat with the technician during one of his daily visits. As we made small talk, I noticed his eyes wondering around the yard. He became silent as I continued to ramble. All of the sudden he dropped to the ground and began digging with his bare hands into one of the trenches. Before I knew it he had a mole in one hand which be promptly plopped into the back of his truck! I can honestly say now that I have "seen it all!" All together 3 moles were captured and removed, and I haven't had problems since. Overall, a very entertaining experience.

They're very prompt, professional. I've used them before. I told them I was an Angie's List member and they redid the bill on the spot. I thought that was very professional.

I thought a chipmunk had gotten in to my condo and eaten through foil bags of dog treats kept under the kitchen sink. Based on a recommendation from our association management, I called Critter Control on Monday morning and they responded the next day. They required no deposit or credit card number to get started which was great. The technician, Sam, was very thorough in identifying possible places the chipmunk could have gained entry (if indeed it did) to the inside. He replaced and re-baited the traps everyday and left a note with a running count of how many he caught each day. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could call him with questions after I got off work. He was very responsive and answered all my stupid questions thoroughly. We never met until 10 days into the trapping. I hope I never have the problem again but if I do, I know who to call. He gave me a 2 chipmunk discount and fixed a possible entry point behind my air conditioner at no charge.

They did a great job. We thought it was squirrels, but it was mice instead. We were very grateful for their help.

Tracy Sullivan was fabulous. Not only was he personable and professional, but also very knowledgeable (and reassuring) concerning my bat issue and critters in general. He was very thorough and diligent in looking for the bat and analyzing the interior and exterior of my home for issues. He resolved the major vent and nesting issue on his initial service call and returned on the next business day to complete the job and replace the final two vent screens. After having an unpleasant experience with the initial company I contacted for this issue, I found Critter Control, Tracy, and the other staff members exceptionally professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

I was very pleased with Critter Control. They sent someone the next day to set traps in my yard. After the first phone call, we communicated exclusively through notes left by Tracy, their field manager. She gave me daily updates as to how many animals were trapped each day. In less than two weeks they captured a male, female, and two young raccoons. That was all the animals that I was expecting, so Tracy picked up the traps, but told me to call again if I had a problem within 30 days and they would come out without an additional service charge.

They were very prompt and polite, and did a great job listening to me when they came out.

Tracy was helpful and courteous. He reported on his results each day. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule, even coming one Friday evening after 5 PM.

I was very pleased with the company's responsiveness. I called on a Friday and explained that I was going to be leaving for vacation the next day, and was assured that they would do the work before I left. Both workers were very polite and stayed until after 6 pm to make sure that the job was completed and that everything was cleaned up.

Tracy was very nice and did everything we asked, including inspecting our attic after not being able to trap the raccoon. I was somewhat disappointed with how long the process took. On several occasions, Tracy left a note to explain why he could not complete the job that day. Other times, a couple of days would pass without hearing from him. I also found the price to be rather high. I understand that animal removal can be dangerous, but I feel a little silly that we spent approximately $400 on a raccoon that apparently left on its own. Nonetheless, the work was done well, and our problem is solved. Hopefully the screens will prevent future entries.

It appears that the money spent was to no avail, as they didn't catch any critters.

The lady got rude when she realized that the critters were in my attic not ''in my house''. Well, my attic is in my house. I inquired as to how they trap the animals and the bait used since I do not want to see them using deadly bait or snap traps. Again she was rude and said that they have a heart and will release them back into their natural habitat, but would not tell me where after probing her. I was only asking because I wanted to be sure these animal are not killed un-needlessly. She then hung up on me. Pricing seemed high from other companies I spoke with and not as pleasant to deal with.

He was very polite & helpful. He explained what he was doing & why it needed done. As far as I can tell, he did a good job repairing the roof.
