Critter Control of Indianapolis

The technician was punctual, friendly and professional. He explained how and what he was treating. The price of the treatment was reduced because we contracted for quarterly exterior pest control.

They handled the issue very well. The raccoons had gotten in between the first floor and the basement, and they were able to get rid of the entire raccoon family promptly.

Came out, assessed the areas of access and fixed.

They did a great job. They were on time and the service was good. The price that they gave me for the house call was a bit expensive but the work that they did justified the price. I would use them again if i had to.

They removed the animals, and then filled the hole. It took over a week as they wanted to make sure that they got every last one out. They closed the hole where they were getting in at. They really had to dig down deep and placed a heavy metal fence material. They put it in the whole length, approximately 20 feet, so that the animals would not dig anywhere else. They filled everything with top soil and made sure it looked nice. Their price was very reasonable.

They were definitely on time and very easy to work with. They were responsive from when I first called to when they came out. I would use them again.

They put up something to prevent the raccoons from coming back and they cleaned everything up in the attic. They did arrive on time to do the job. They did do quality work. I would recommend them in the future.

They taught me how to do it myself since we canceled A service man came out who was un aware of our cancel. He talked to me for 20 minutes to help me learn to do it myself, Their service people are very very helpful. He didn't have to do that. Impressed he was willing to stay and help me

They are excellent. They come out as soon as they can. We had a raccoon problem, they got into our attic and Critter Control set a trap and would be back to check it everyday. They are thorough and their results are great and they make suggestions to critter proof your house.

I had raccoons in my chimney. At first the technician tried to trap them on my roof, but the mother escaped. The babies were down near the damper and could not get out, so the technician removed them from inside my house. He then installed chimney caps. Everything was fine, except that there were four babies and he only removed three. Obviously, the remaining raccoon died, so I have had a foul odor and flies in my house.

They did a very good job the moles and the mice have not come back. They were very good they were very professional. They were reasonably priced. I will continue to use them.

The work they did was great. They came out when they said they would. They verified there wasn't a possum and gave me some options for what kind of barricade I could choose. They put it up when they said they would. I didn't compare prices.

They were phenomenal. The pricing was very reasonable and they were very attentive and were great at coming back and checking up on the traps they set. I would recommend them to anyone.

The first day he found the spot the raccoon was coming in and put a trap up. The next day, a raccoon was in the trap and he had removed it that morning. He put another trap up in case there might be more, but we were lucky he caught a male. Once we communicated that we didn't hear any more noises, he took the trap away and put a temporary block that did keep out the animals. It took another 2-3 weeks before he could do the permanent repair to the soffit, but the July 4th holiday was in the middle of that time. He apologized for not being able to come back out for the repair. Overall, we are really happy we could find someone to not only trap and remove the animal (which we had done with a previous raccoon entering our attic at one point) but also to repair the area to keep them out (which we tried to do without much success). When he was repairing, he found tons of walnuts so he discovered that squirrels had also been getting in. He tried matching our paint for the repair and luckily I happened to come home while he was there so he could use some we already had. He cleaned up all of the walnuts and insulation from our roof and yard.

Tracy came out and he cleared out the nesting and did a nice professional job patching where the birds were getting in. He even painted the patching to match my trim so it is barely noticeable. I recommend them highly.

It went very well, very positive. I just hope it never happens again. They had them removed within 24 hours. We've not had any problems since.

They were polite and prompt. They were knowledgeable about what traps to use for different animals. They knew exactly what they were looking for and how to get it. The same person came every day to check on the traps.

The work was top quality, they were courteous and they seemed to very knowledgeable, and i would recommend them to others.

We called them one day and they were there two days later with all of their equipment. They were very professional and they took away all of the dead critters.

Randy is an excellent employee for the company. He's very dependable.

Company quoted a general service call price with Angie's List discount. A worker called ahead to coordinate a time to meet that day. Worker came out and worked in the rain to remove bird's nest behind siding and brick of house. He was very professional and did very high quality work in a minimum of time. He made all repairs of trim and closed off access hole and caulked it up.

VERY well. We were extremely pleased and highly recommend this company for rodent removal and prevention. They not only got rid of the current population, they also diagnosed the problem and solved it by working on the probable entry points. No more mice scratching and scampering around in our attic!

We realized a mother raccoon had a family in our attic. We called Critter Control to take care of the issue. They were prompt, but it did cost about $200 just to have them come out and look at the situation, which was a little pricey. The technician set up a live trap on the roof and we waited. The next day the technician came again to check on the trap, still no luck, so he replaced the bait. The following day, Randy, our technician, caught the mother raccoon with the live trap. Since she had babies in our attic, Randy went into our attic with a box and scooped out all four of them that were buried in our insulation. The price ran $65 for the adult and $25 for each baby. Randy was very friendly and courteous. He suggested that due to the damage, we look into getting out insulation removed and new put in its place. He provided a free estimate for this service from Critter Control.

My cat and I both noticed a raccoon in my fireplace. It had been there 3 or 4 months. I called Critter Control, they were very prompt. They were able to force him up my fireplace so they did not have to remove him forcibly. If they forced him, he would have been euthanized which would have been an additional charge. They did charge me for the animal removal charge even though they did not remove the animal from the property.

I would recommend them for wildlife but I do not think they are experienced enough in moles.
