Very satisfied. They were very flexible in arranging a time for the return visit to meet my needs, and the technician Tracy gave me good advice. He found a dead mouse in my garage on his way out, & took care of that and gold me what to look for in case the mouse had any companions left behind!

Just fine. After they had caught the raccoon, the left the trap on the roof for several days to see if there was anotheer. The initial charge was $200.00 minus 10% Angies discount. Then it was $75 minus 10% for the one raccoon they caught. Would have been another $69.00 for any more raccoons they caught. We inquired about having them cover the vents where the critter entered and they price was VERY high--almost $1000.00 for the 5 vents. We will have someone else take care of the vents.

We have a one year contract with them, so we'll try again in the spring. They were reliable.

They are courteous. He was honest as well. They did not charge me for the service call.

They first diagnosed what was living on your roof, by evidence, and then set traps on the roof, and captured 2 raccoons that were living on our roof. We have not had raccoons since (over 4 years). They also set a trap for a ground hog that was burrowing under the house. There is a cost for the trap and the capture. The ground hog was not caught as it appeared it went away by itself. On another occasion, summer of 2008, they first diagnosed what the signs were in the back yard, planted traps, and caught one mole in our backyard that was tunneling and zigzagging under the grass and leaving dirt mounds everywhere, thereby ruining the grass. Each estimate was reasonable; they checked the property daily and if we were not home, they left a written summary and update on the front door; we would use them again in a minute.

They let me know when they are coming with a phone call. I get the same technician every time. They are reliable and professional. I have been pleased with what they do. We will not know the outcome until spring.

They only took less than a week to take care of the problem. We did not have to monitor their work and only had to deal with some one on the phone. It was easy to use the company.

They gentleman that came to the house this morning, Tracey, was very personable and professional. He took the time to explain lot of different things about raccoons to me. I would recommend them to others.

I always appreciate a service provider who is willing to recommend other companies to contact when they are unable to take on a particular project. For that reason, I recommend Critter Control to my friends who live on the north side of Indy.

They did what they could do and I don't want to knock them. I don't know what else they could have done. The animal was smart enough to not go in the trap. The results were just not what I wanted through no fault of their own.

I had birds determined to crawl up my dryer vents and a bathroom vents. It was a nasty job and they did wonderful work with no complaints.

I am very pleased with what they do, but the cost can add up. I will continue to use them however. They are always very conscientious.

Promptly responded to our call for help, as moles were wreaking havoc in our yard. Efficiently trapped & removed 3 moles. Although the removal was costly, felt it was worth it in the long run since the moles were causing damage to sod and other landscaping.

They showed up on time. They got the job done quickly. They offered a very competitive price for the work they did. They did a great job taking care of the animal problem.

They were professional and prompt (and friendly). Tracy knew what he was talking about when he came to the house, and though there were not in fact large mammals, only small ones (mice), he had good suggestions to help us keep the place clean and pest free. Good service, we will use them again (but will not hopefully have to!).

We purchased a home that had had years of raccoon attic infestations and damage. The result was that we have had to replace heating/cooling ductwork and electrical wiring that had been clawed and chewed on. We noticed a raccoon climbing into the chimney Spring 2008. The prior owner had said they had seen raccoons looking at them from the fireplace in the living room. We had heard our dog barking during the night prior to visually seeing this raccoon climbing into the chimney. The fellow from Critter Control climbed up the ladder and tried to get the raccoon out on a Friday. The animal was sitting really low down on a ledge. He was not able to get her out as the chimney was too tall for his tools. We decided to cover the living room fireplace opening with the clear sticky carpet runner protector plastic film for the night. We figured we'd hear the dog bark if the raccoon tried to open the damper and rip the plastic. The fellow did say that the raccoon would climb out in the morning and return again at dusk. My neighbor called us about 8:30am the next morning advising that the raccoon was walking across her yard. By the time we got outside she had walked off and was hiding somewhere. Our neighbor said the raccoon looked very large and waddled-probably looking for a place to have her babies. The fellow from Critter Control came back out and put a temporary wire mesh over the tops until the chimney caps came in. He installed them the next week. All has been great since...knowing that it is one less place for the raccoons to nest. Also, the fellow said that it is not uncommon for raccoons to open the fireplace damper and come into the house. We were glad not to have that problem/event. He also told us that the top area around the chimney openings would need some maintenance soon. Also, we would need our chimney cleaned soon too. Our overall experience was good.

It looked like it was going badly but they fixed it.

The first technician mistakenly thought we had mice in our attic, not squirrels. However, the company happily sent out a second technician (Tracey) who did a fantastic job overall.

The technician was punctual, friendly and professional. He explained how and what he was treating. The price of the treatment was reduced because we contracted for quarterly exterior pest control.

They handled the issue very well. The raccoons had gotten in between the first floor and the basement, and they were able to get rid of the entire raccoon family promptly.
